A gentle seven-day guided process that helps you slow down, relax deeply and begin listening to your body in a different way. Through light trance, awareness and inner communication, you explore the relationship between body and mind and the patterns, tensions or habits that may be asking for attention.
The body knows
listen before it shouts
You live in your body every day, but how often do you actually listen to it?
Most of us have learned to do almost the opposite. We push it when it is tired, criticise the way it looks, override what it feels, feed it things it doesn’t want, deprive it of things it does, and expect it to carry on regardless. I know I have. The first time I experienced this process, many years ago, I was shocked by how much I expected my body to simply put up with.
Tthere is something profoundly touching about beginning to relate to your body differently. It’s not a machine, and its intelligence far surpasses any AI out there, so how come we don’t check in with our body to see what it has to say? Your body knows you intimately, and it works tirelessly on your behalf… if your body could talk, what would it say to you?
So, for a little over an hour each day, you’ll get to stop doing, lie down, close your eyes and be guided into a deeply relaxed but alert state. For once, you don’t have to work anything out.
You listen.
That is the sweetness of this seven-day process.

We talk about the body and mind as though they are two separate things, but anyone who has ever laid awake worrying knows they are not. You know that a single thought can pierce your gut like a dagger. Embarrassment heats up your face. An argument can leave your whole body buzzing hours later. Fear can stop your breath.
… and grief can literally drop you to the floor.
Your body, your energy field, is listening and responding at lightening speed. It knows long before your mind has admitted that anything is wrong and it tells you so - but do we listen? How many times did your gut say no and you did it anyway? How many times did your mind say yes to doing something and your body paid the price?
The body-mind is a two-way relationship. And so, we can use this understanding to foster a healing relationship that impacts both. When the body begins to relax, the mind can soften with it. This process gives you time to experience that relationship directly.
Rather than using the mind to instruct, judge or override the body… you discover what happens when the mind becomes quiet and the body says yes.

I’m too fat. Too thin. Too old. Too weak. Too sensitive. Too tired. Not attractive enough. Why can’t you sleep? Why does this hurt? Why can’t you just behave normally, or be like everyone else?
Imagine speaking to your friend that way…
Most of us have some version of that conversation aimed at our body. And the body hears everything. It hears the life we are living. It hears the keep going, don't make a fuss, I haven't got time for this, I'll deal with you later…and beneath all that… it remains your committed friend.
This week gives you an opportunity to begin a very different conversation and meet your amazing body, as your friend.

Anyone can take this course, and for all types of reasons a person takes this course. You may have something particular you want to explore - difficulty relaxing or sleeping, bodily tension or discomfort, smoking, eating patterns, or another habit that has become difficult to shift.
You may simply feel tired, disconnected or not quite at home in yourself.
Here we don't declare war on the problem.
Instead, through deep relaxation, guided inner communication and awareness, you begin exploring what is happening within the body-mind and how your thoughts, emotions, habits and physical experience are interacting.
Sometimes a behaviour that makes no sense to the conscious mind has another logic running underneath it. Sometimes tension has been held for so long that you have stopped noticing it - and that shifts something. Sometimes the body has been trying to communicate something very simple but with huge affect.
And sometimes what is needed first is just the experience of rest. Real rest.
-
Ultimately, this is a healing process, but not in the way you might think.
It isn't about fixing a symptom or breaking a habit, or making the body behave as your mind would have it be. It’s about learning to trust in the body’s innate wisdom and its capacity to heal, when given the loving space to do so.
It’s about the way you live inside yourself and the attention and intention you communicate to your body. It’s about listening, before it has to fight for your attention .
This course allows you to become more sensitive to what creates tension and what allows it to soften. To recognise the effect your inner language has on the way you feel. To experience the difference between pushing for change and allowing something to unravel naturally. And to become a little more loving towards this body that has carried you through absolutely everything.
For me, that alone was quite profound.
What you'll experience
For seven consecutive days, you give yourself a little over an hour. You get comfortable. I guide you into relaxation.
And from that deeply restful but conscious state, we begin an inner exploration of the body-mind.
There is something surprisingly powerful about doing this for seven days in succession. You get to become familiar with your body's language rather than checking in with it just once and immediately rushing back into ordinary life.
The relationship has time to deepen.
Across the seven days, I'll guide you through the OSHO® Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to your Body Mind. The process uses light trance, deep relaxation and alert awareness. You'll explore the communication between body and mind, become more sensitive to the body's signals, and experience ways of relating to habits, tensions and unwanted mental or body patterns without fighting against them.
You'll feel what it’s like when the thinking mind becomes quieter and the body is given more room to be heard. And throughout the week, other than that, there is very little for you to do.
The invitation is simple - Rest. Listen. Make Friends with your body again.
